TENCO SA (hereinafter: "TENco") is a company specialized in providing concierge services to its customers.
In order to guarantee its customers and subscribers with the best possible services, TENco collects and uses personal data. With the trust its customers have placed in it, TENco undertakes to keep the information collected in the course of providing its services scrupulously and strictly confidential.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), TENco commits to ensuring that all its data collection activities respect strong safeguards to prevent any misuse of your personal data.

Your personal data will always be used in accordance with the purposes for which they were originally collected; they may be processed, always within a legal framework, in the context of activities such as providing services, evaluating the usefulness of this site, managing data or providing technical support.

Your personal data will not be sold, shared or communicated to third parties except as expressly listed below and when necessary for the performance of the services to be rendered by TENco to its customer.
In any case, third parties who may have access to your personal data for technical reasons have contractually agreed with us to use your data only for the agreed purposes, not to sell your information to third parties and not to disclose it to other third parties unless required by law.
In addition, we limit access to your personal information to employees who legitimately need it in order to provide products or services to TENco customers.
We will process your personal data in strict compliance with the procedure described in this Privacy Policy. However, we reserve our right to proceed otherwise if and when required by law.

To be able to apply for a subscription and contact you regarding a membership with TENco, we will ask you to provide us with personal information about yourself by entering this personal data in the fields provided for this purpose. This data is completely confidential and is only shared with TENco employees.

Unsubscription, correction or deletion of personal data

Upon request, we may provide you with a copy of your personal information held in our records to correct any inaccuracies and to update outdated information. To exercise these rights or for any objection regarding the usage we make of your personal data, please send us an e-mail to contact@tenco.ch. We will answer you as soon as possible.
Please also note that your personal data collected at the time of the personal subscription request will be automatically deleted by TENco if the request isn't followed by the conclusion of a membership. However, some data, by law, must be kept for a specified period of time. This data will therefore be recorded until the expiration of these deadlines but will only be used to comply with legal requirements.
